Skinspirations offers a full refund or exchange for all “gently used”* or unused products returned for any reason within 30 days, with details and conditions listed below. Returned products that are received 31- 60 days after purchase are eligible for in-office credit. No refunds or exchanges will be given for products purchased more than 60 days prior. Any products whose purchase is not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.
Please note the following details of our return and refund policy:
For products purchased directly from our office:
- * We define “gently used” as a product that has only been sampled and more than 90% of it remains in the container.
- Custom-formulated products are not refundable but those only “gently used” may be returned within 60 days for an in-office product credit.
- Refunds are made to your original form of payment.
- Exchanges are only eligible for the same product or alternate product of equal or similar value and you are responsible for shipping charges.
- Discounted items and gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Refunds to your original payment method are only available if we receive the returned product/s within 30 days of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- You are responsible for shipping charges when returning products.
- We are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier.
- We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
